Atomic Heart vs STALKER 2 - Which eastern Europeans game looks better overall?

Stalker 2 looks galaxies better than Atomic Heart. It also looks substantially better than Stalker 1. I love the more realistic feel of Stalker 2 as well.

I wasn't impressed at all about this stalker2 gameplay. Are they even using UE5? Looks like an UE4 game.

Atomic Heart looks very impressive to me. Animations, graphical fidelity and particles look pretty "next generation", and far superior to the likes of Starfield.

Atomic Heart looks like an early PS3 game. Game needs to be rebooted. Good thing it's free on Game Pass.

im very impressed with this story line of stalker 2, it looks very interesting and immersive. The nosphere?? The informational space of the earth, sign me up.

Atomic Heart looks more interesting. Fighting looks way more interesting. World is more interesting. Enemies are more interesting.

Stalker gameplay did little to move the needle for me Actually less interested after seeing the new gameplay... actually looks kind of bad now imo super generic looking *shrug*

@hardwenzen: look at system shock gameplay. Everything so immersive which you were criticizing. It shits all over this so called Stalker 2.

We haven't seen anything worthwhile from Stalker2. The campaign might be cod aka Metro, but the exploration itself, the thing you'll be doing 99% of the time might still be very good AND it doesn't look repetitive af like your system shock does.

I got to go with Stalker 2. Still not sure of how I feel of Atomic Heart.

Atomic heart has better graphics and art but STALKER is STALKER and I am not going to miss out on a game that got cancelled and resurrected.

I'm leaning towards STALKER because of the pedigree--it's dated now, but I really enjoyed the mix of shooter, open-world design, and survival elements--and the team behind it.

However, Atomic Heart looks really good too and has a neat design I think I will enjoy.

Excited for both! Happy I don't have to choose one or the other.
